Charanjit De Hothep Putri Ya'azhini
Hello guys, my name is Charanjit De Hothep Putri Ya 'azhini. My fellow friends even call me Putri or De Hothep as my calling name instead of calling me Charanjit. Actually, I joined SASTRA Fellowship in 2018 during my SPM and completed all the modules and activity that was catered to us. I am a person who is overly anxious and not very confident to communicate with others. However, all that changed ever since I joined SASTRA Fellowship. I managed to overcome my fears, became more communicative and even I have the abilities to deal with people during any speech in small or large crowd. really appreciate the methods was SASTRA thought us to be creativey thinkers because it will help most students to overcome when handling with crowds.
I managed to achieve 6 A's in my SPM and it was a total change of my future. I am continuing my studies in Diploma in Spanish. Actually, I can speak six languages such as English, Malay, Mandarin, Hindi, Spanish and also Portuguese. I have a passion to become a tanslator maybe serving one day in education or maybe government. I also want ot be a singer and do listen and collecting celebrities' biodatas ,singing, dancing and rapping.
What I noticed from SASTRA Fellowship is, the mentors helped us to figure out what is our strengths and weaknesses, so that we can be more progressive in our life and and making us understand to understand ourself deeper. I came to know that nobody in this world is perfect and its hard work and do what you do happly. So, when you know your strengths and passions, it can help to determine your career path because, I know there are students who is not sure of their own strengths and challenges. I also understood that how to manage time effectively and it is surely very useful for indecisive students to overcome stresses and do more activities in a short time. I also became the facilitator for fellowship and conducted game and conducted new classes for SASTRA Fellows. I also made new friends and gain my confidence to work with anyone. I can't thank enough for all the support I received from SASTRA and I am now volunteering my time where I am able to support more students in the national schools. So students, it's okay to have failures because nobody is perfect, the most important part is diligence.
